4EA is a web-based software package for estate agents, designed to streamline the operation of both single and multi-office organisations.

With 4EA, data for each firm is stored on a central computer, accessed via the internet. This allows authorised personnel to modify all property and client information from any location in the world. All that is required is a connection to the web (protected by a username/password system).

HOW IT WORKS

Within each firm, all users have access to the same data files, allowing both single and multi-office organisations to operate cohesively. The firm's public website shares the same property data source, ensuring that it is always up-to-date. This presents an efficient company image and aids compliance with marketing legislation.

To ensure security, access to data files is restricted to those nominated for this purpose.

At any time our clients can request a copy of their entire data on disk or as a print-out.

4EA does not require modification of current systems. In fact, with just a computer and a connection to the internet, new clients could start using this service straight away.

We keep all the software on our servers, so that clients need not be concerned with complicated server software. We continually upgrade the system in response to clients' requirements, perform regular maintenance and back-up client's data files on a regular basis. We also provide clients with a direct telephone number to an experienced adviser, who is able to deal with issues immediately.

For multi-office firms, all data files can easily be accessed through the web at any number of locations. We can launch our client's public website with full details, photographs and other illustrations for each property. This will automatically be updated each time a data file within the office is changed. New properties can be on clients' websites even before the sales particulars are printed, such is the speed of the system.

The software is accessible through a typical web browser such as 'Microsoft Internet Explorer' which means the software acts similar to a web page. Providing personnel have previously browsed websites, they will immediately know how to operate our system. Training for inexperienced staff is also available, where required.
